Your Williamsburg, VA Photographer for Maternity and Family Sessions

I am SOOOOO excited for Jessica and Sean! There are so many momentous occasions in our lives that I love to capture as your Williamsburg, VA photographer (wow – weddings, seniors, families – I feel so trusted to capture these for you!). There is definitely something special about the glow of new motherhood. Jessica was absolutely radiant (I think you’ll agree)!

If you’re thinking about your maternity or family session in Colonial Williamsburg, I 100% recommend dresses for women and a fitted shirt/dress slacks for men. Dresses are SO flattering on almost every body type – even the style Jessica is wearing in these images can flatter during non-maternity times too. The solid colors photograph super well also (vs. choosing something too bold or with a pattern).

Jessica chose a gorgeous green dress that looked absolutely stunning (ah!). We decided to do their session in Colonial Williamsburg. My favorite thing about CW (and honestly what almost every single client comments on) is the versatility and ability in CW to get such a variety of images and backgrounds. It’s also nice to have walking time between photos as not everyone wants to just pose for an hour straight (if that’s you, we can do that too though!). What we did not anticipate, however, was how cold it would be. Jessica and Sean did a great job of not showing on the camera how cold they were feeling!
