Heather and Keith’s Williamsburg Inn Christmas Wedding
If you have ever visited Colonial Williamsburg in December, you know that the Williamsburg Inn is breathtaking – as you turn the corner at the entrance, the bright white lights fill your eyes with wonder. It is truly b-e-a-utiful! Heather and Keith’s Williamsburg Inn Christmas wedding was perfectly planned by the amazing Lauren Donally.
Heather’s bouquet was artfully crafted by the Williamsburg Inn’s floral designer, Lindsey Codekas (who is amazing, by the way!). I just loved the punches of red and the pinecone accents. From the moment I entered the Inn and saw the Christmas tree, it truly felt like I was inside a Christmas wedding on Hallmark! Most of Heather and Keith’s guests traveled for their destination wedding in Colonial Williamsburg, and their joy and excitement to celebrate the couple was so evident.
A movie-like Christmas wedding is not complete without a carriage ride, right?! Heather and Keith booked an elegant red carriage with Colonial Williamsburg – despite it being Grand Illumination day, we were able to take portraits in front of the Governor’s Palace after a carriage ride through Duke of Gloucester and CW. Heather and Keith waved to tourists while passing by (I think they made their trip as so many of them were SO excited to see a bride and groom passing by with a horse and carriage).
Does this not sound like the perfect wedding day? Now it’s time to scroll through the photos – I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Be sure to check out some of the fun details – they even had personalized Coca Cola bottles on each table that said “Heather and Keith.” How fun!
Would you like to see more weddings at the Williamsburg Inn? Check out Rebecca and Michael’s wedding next – I loved their colorful florals.
